We are looking for an Service engineer to join our team at Candid Optronix Private Limited. The tasks will include installing, maintaining, and repairing Hardware Product. The position offers an in-hand salary of ₹15,000 - ₹22,000 and growth opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
Troubleshooting and Repair:
Diagnosing technical issues, conducting repairs, and implementing preventative
maintenance to ensure optimal equipment performance.
Installation:
Installing new equipment, systems, or hardware according to specifications and
ensuring proper operation.
Maintenance:
Performing regular maintenance checks, inspections, and preventative care on
equipment.
Technical Support:
Providing technical assistance and support to customers, addressing their questions
and concerns, and ensuring their satisfaction.
Documentation:
Maintaining accurate records of service activities, including repairs, installations, and
maintenance procedures.
Training:
Providing training to clients on the proper use and maintenance of equipment.
Job Requirements:
The minimum qualification for this role is Graduate and 6 months - 2 years of experience. Complete knowledge of safety procedures, the ability to understand electrical drawings/blueprints, critical thinking, and problem-solving ability are a must.
