Position: Multi-Skilled Technician

Location: As per hotel requirement
Experience: 2–5 years (preferred)
Carry out day-to-day maintenance of hotel engineering services ensuring uninterrupted guest comfort.
Handle electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and basic civil maintenance works within guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house.
Attend guest complaints and breakdown calls promptly and resolve issues within defined TAT.
Perform preventive maintenance as per hotel schedules and SOPs.
Maintain and operate AHUs, FCUs, split ACs, exhaust systems, pumps, lighting, and power systems.
Support operation and basic maintenance of DG sets, UPS, and water systems.
Ensure compliance with hotel safety standards, SOPs, and statutory regulations.
Assist in minor installations, retrofit works, and room readiness activities.
Coordinate with supervisors, engineers, and vendors for major maintenance jobs.
Maintain logbooks, checklists, and service records.
Ensure proper housekeeping of engineering areas and tool rooms.
Good working knowledge of hotel electrical systems (lighting, sockets, DBs, room controls).
Knowledge of HVAC systems used in hotels.
Understanding of plumbing fixtures, pumps, and pipelines.
Basic civil maintenance skills (tile fixing, minor carpentry, patch repairs).
Ability to use tools safely in guest-occupied areas.
ITI / Diploma in Electrical / Mechanical / HVAC / Fitter or related trade.
Hotel engineering or hospitality experience preferred.
Guest-focused attitude with polite communication skills.
Willingness to work in rotational shifts and emergencies.
Presentable, disciplined, and safety-conscious.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Experience in hotels, resorts, serviced apartments, or hospitality facilities.
Exposure to guest room maintenance and public area operations.
