  Job Summary

  We are looking for a skilled and experienced Multi-Skilled Technician / Electrical Technician to handle electrical, HVAC, utility, and building maintenance activities. The candidate should have hands-on experience in common area and floor maintenance, preferably with builder-side / facility management experience.

  Key Responsibilities

  • Carry out preventive and breakdown maintenance of electrical and MEP systems.

  • Handle common area maintenance and floor maintenance activities.

  • Monitor, operate, and maintain UPS systems, AC units, chillers, cooling systems, AHUs, and DG sets.

  • Perform routine readings and basic maintenance of DG, transformers, UPS, chillers, and other electrical equipment.

  • Troubleshoot electrical panels, motors, starters, and related equipment.

  • Maintain and monitor air compressors and starters.

  • Conduct equipment inspections and record daily readings in logbooks.

  • Attend electrical and HVAC complaints and ensure timely resolution.

  • Support preventive maintenance schedules and maintain service records.

  • Follow safety procedures and ensure equipment operates safely and efficiently.

  • Coordinate with vendors and other maintenance teams when required.

  • Maintain LIO/LMS records and maintenance logs as applicable.

  Required Skills & Experience

  • Experience in common area maintenance and floor maintenance.

  • Hands-on experience in building maintenance / facility management.

  • Builder-side experience will be preferred.

  • Knowledge of UPS, AC, chiller, cooling systems, DG, transformers, and AHU.

  • Ability to take and maintain equipment readings.

  • Experience with air compressors, electrical starters, motors, and control panels.

  • Basic electrical troubleshooting and preventive maintenance skills.

  • Knowledge of maintenance logbooks, checklists, LIO/LMS, and reporting.

  • Ability to work independently and respond to breakdown/emergency calls.

  • Good understanding of electrical and workplace safety practices.

  Qualification

  • ITI / Diploma in Electrical / Electrical & Electronics / Mechanical / Refrigeration & Air Conditioning or a related technical trade.

  • Relevant hands-on experience in building/facility maintenance is preferred.

  Preferred Candidate

  A candidate with multi-skilled electrical and HVAC maintenance experience, particularly in commercial buildings, residential projects, malls, or builder-side facility operations, will be preferred.
