Location: Chennai
Salary: ₹18,000 – ₹22,000 per month (Based on experience)
Employment Type: Full-Time

Job Summary

We are looking for a dedicated and skilled Multi Skilled Technician for Facility Management operations. The candidate should have basic knowledge of electrical and plumbing maintenance and be capable of handling day-to-day technical issues in residential/commercial properties.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance and repair works related to electrical and plumbing systems.

• Attend breakdown complaints and resolve issues within the assigned time.

• Carry out preventive maintenance activities as per schedule.

• Inspect and maintain lighting systems, switches, sockets, DB panels, pumps, pipelines, taps, and sanitary fittings.

• Monitor and report equipment performance and maintenance requirements.

• Ensure all maintenance activities are carried out safely and efficiently.

• Coordinate with supervisors and site teams for smooth facility operations.

• Maintain proper tools, materials, and service records.

• Support other facility maintenance activities whenever required.

Required Skills

• Basic knowledge of electrical systems and troubleshooting.

• Basic plumbing maintenance and repair knowledge.

• Ability to handle minor carpentry/civil maintenance works is an added advantage.

• Good problem-solving and communication skills.

• Ability to work in shifts if required.

Eligibility Criteria

• ITI / Diploma / Relevant Technical Qualification preferred.

• Minimum 1–3 years of experience in Facility Management or Maintenance field.

• Freshers with technical knowledge may also apply.

Preferred Qualities

• Punctual and responsible.

• Team player with a positive attitude.

• Ability to work under pressure and attend emergency maintenance calls.
