Job Description

We are looking for a hardworking and responsible ITI Maintenance Technician to join our Maintenance Team at our factory in Linch, Gujarat. The candidate will be responsible for handling day-to-day electrical maintenance, machine repairing, troubleshooting, and breakdown maintenance activities.

The candidate should have basic knowledge of electrical maintenance, 3-Phase electrical systems, motors, starters, control panels, wiring, and electrical components. The candidate will be required to identify electrical faults, attend to machine breakdowns, and take appropriate action to restore the equipment and machinery to normal working condition.

The candidate should also have the ability to identify the root cause of recurring electrical and machine-related problems and work towards providing effective and permanent solutions to minimize repeated breakdowns and production downtime.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform regular electrical maintenance and repair work on factory machinery and equipment.

• Troubleshoot and resolve electrical faults and machine breakdown issues.

• Work on 3-Phase electrical systems, motors, starters, control panels, and wiring.

• Attend to electrical and machine breakdowns on a timely basis.

• Identify the root cause of technical problems and provide permanent solutions.

• Perform preventive and breakdown maintenance as required.

• Coordinate with the Production Department to resolve machine-related issues and minimize downtime.

• Ensure proper functioning of electrical equipment and machinery.

• Maintain safety standards and follow all electrical safety procedures.

• Support senior maintenance staff in daily maintenance and repair activities.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• ITI qualification in Electrical or relevant trade.

• 0–2 years of experience in electrical or industrial maintenance.

• Freshers with relevant ITI qualifications can also apply.

• Basic knowledge of 3-Phase electrical work.

• Knowledge of electrical troubleshooting, repairing, motors, starters, panels, and wiring.

• Ability to identify and resolve electrical and machine-related problems.

• Ability to find the root cause of problems and provide permanent solutions.

• Willingness to work in a factory/industrial environment.

• Hardworking, responsible, and willing to learn.
