raining Responsibilities

Conduct training sessions on car detailing techniques and processes
Train candidates on interior and exterior car cleaning, polishing, coating, and maintenance
Provide practical demonstrations on vehicle detailing equipment and chemicals
Assess trainee performance and maintain training records
Ensure safety standards and workplace discipline during training
Prepare training materials, attendance reports, and progress reports
Support candidates in improving communication and customer handling skills

Placement Responsibilities

Coordinate with automobile companies, service centers, and detailing studios for placements
Arrange interviews, job drives, and employer interactions
Maintain candidate database and placement records
Track placed candidates and collect feedback from employers
Build relationships with recruiters and industry partners
Support students with resume preparation and interview guidance
Achieve placement targets assigned by management
