Supervise and manage day-to-day operations within the assigned circle
Lead, guide, and monitor field staff or branch teams
Ensure achievement of business targets (sales, collections, outreach, etc.)
Conduct regular field visits to monitor performance and operations
Maintain strong customer and community relationships
