Electrical Technician

We are looking for an Electrical Technician to join our team at INA TechFM Global Solutions Pvt. Ltd. for a leading hotel property. The role involves carrying out preventive and breakdown maintenance of electrical systems, ensuring uninterrupted operations, and maintaining safety standards. The position offers an in-hand salary of ₹28,000, free meals, and excellent career growth opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance of electrical systems and equipment.

• Install, maintain, and troubleshoot electrical panels, lighting systems, motors, pumps, and other electrical installations.

• Execute wiring plans and ensure all electrical work complies with safety standards and regulations.

• Install safety and distribution components such as switches, circuit breakers, DBs, and other electrical accessories.

• Connect wiring in electrical circuits and networks, ensuring compatibility of all components.

• Inspect electrical systems regularly to prevent breakdowns and replace faulty wiring or damaged components.

• Identify electrical faults, hazards, or malfunctions and carry out timely repairs.

• Maintain maintenance records and coordinate with the engineering team to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.

Job Requirements:

• Qualification: ITI/Diploma in Electrical with a valid B License or C License.

• Experience: 2–3 years of relevant experience in electrical maintenance, preferably in the hotel, commercial, or facility management industry.

• Good knowledge of electrical safety procedures, preventive maintenance, and troubleshooting.

• Ability to read and understand electrical drawings and wiring diagrams.

• Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and willingness to work in shifts, if required.
