JOB DESCRIPTION – ELECTRICIAN / ELECTRICAL MAINTENANCE

Company Name: Styrotech Industries
Job Location: Ranjangaon MIDC, Pune
Department: Electrical Maintenance
Designation: Electrician / Maintenance Technician

Job Responsibilities

  1. Electrical maintenance of EPS manufacturing machines and related production equipment.

  2. Electrical maintenance and troubleshooting of industrial boilers and associated equipment.

  3. Inspection and maintenance of EOT cranes, overhead cranes, motors, hoists and electrical control systems.

  4. Troubleshooting of electrical panels, motors, starters, contactors, relays, sensors and wiring.

  5. Preventive and breakdown maintenance of plant machinery and electrical equipment.

  6. Checking and troubleshooting of PLC panels, control circuits and VFDs, where applicable.

  7. Inspecting electrical connections and identifying faults to minimize machine downtime.

  8. Coordinating with the production and mechanical maintenance teams for smooth plant operations.

  9. Maintaining electrical maintenance records and reporting breakdowns to the Maintenance Supervisor.

  10. Following industrial electrical safety procedures, lockout/tagout (LOTO) and PPE requirements.

Candidate Requirements

  • Qualification: ITI Electrician / Diploma in Electrical Engineering.

  • Experience: Industrial plant maintenance experience preferred.

  • Technical Skills: EPS manufacturing machines, boiler electrical systems, crane maintenance, motor troubleshooting and electrical panels.

  • Department: Plant Maintenance.

  • Job Location: Styrotech Industries, Ranjangaon MIDC, Pune.
