About the Company

We are a product-based manufacturing company specializing in industrial coolers, exhaust systems, ventilation equipment, and industrial heaters. The role involves electrical assembly, installation, and on-site support for our manufactured equipment.

Key Responsibilities

1. Exhaust Fan & Ventilation Equipment Installation

• Install industrial exhaust fans, ventilation units, and cooling systems

• Perform proper fitting, alignment, and electrical connections during installation

• Handle on-site installation and commissioning of equipment

2. Product Assembly (Electrical + Mechanical Support)

• Assist in product assembly of industrial coolers, exhaust units, and heaters

• Perform wiring, component fitting, and internal electrical setup

• Ensure proper testing of assembled products before dispatch

3. Motor Fitting, ECM Connection & Electrical Setup

• Connect and test motors used in industrial coolers and ventilation systems

• Handle ECM (Electronically Commutated Motor) connections and troubleshooting

• Perform panel wiring, switch connections, and electrical integration

4. Measurement, Layout Reading & Execution

• Read basic technical layouts and wiring diagrams

• Take accurate site measurements before installation

• Execute installation work as per layout and technical drawings

5. LCD Setting & System Configuration

• Perform LCD/controller settings in industrial coolers and ventilation systems

• Configure speed settings, controls, and operational parameters

• Ensure proper system functionality after setup

6. Duct Boxing & Fitting

• Perform duct boxing, duct fitting, and air flow alignment

• Assist in ventilation duct installation and structural fitting

• Ensure secure and proper placement of duct systems

7. Maintenance & Troubleshooting

• Diagnose and repair electrical faults in motors, wiring, and equipment

• Conduct routine maintenance and performance checks

• Replace faulty components and ensure smooth operation

8. Safety & Compliance

• Follow electrical safety standards and factory protocols

• Ensure proper earthing, insulation, and safe wiring practices

• Maintain tools and equipment safely in the production area
