Install, maintain, and repair electrical wiring, systems, and fixtures in buildings.
Inspect electrical systems, equipment, and components to identify hazards, defects, and the need for adjustment or repair.
Ensure compliance with electrical codes and safety standards.
Read blueprints, technical diagrams, and schematics.
Connect wires to circuit breakers, transformers, or other components.
Test electrical systems and continuity of circuits using testing devices.
Diagnose malfunctioning systems and components using equipment and hand tools.
Plan layout and installation of electrical wiring, equipment, and fixtures.
Provide cost and time estimates for electrical projects.
Follow state and local building regulations based on the National Electrical Code.
ITI/Diploma in Electrical or equivalent.
Proven experience as an electrician.
Valid electrician PWD license or certification (as required by local authorities).
Deep knowledge of electrical systems, tools, and testing devices.
Ability to read technical documents and drawings.
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Good physical condition and ability to work in various environments.
