Job Description – Multigauging Technician
Location: Pirangut / Urwade, Tal. Mulshi, Pune
Experience: Minimum 5 Years
Qualification: BE / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering

Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Multigauging Technician with strong hands-on expertise in customized gauging systems and SPM (Special Purpose Machine) assembly. The candidate should have practical exposure to automation projects, mechanical integration, and troubleshooting in project-based environments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform assembly activities for customized gauging systems, SPMs, and project-based components

• Integrate mechanical fixtures with PLC and software systems in automation projects

• Read and interpret concept drawings and part drawings accurately

• Implement and understand Poka-Yoke (mistake-proofing) concepts in projects

• Troubleshoot and resolve mechanical and basic automation-related issues

• Coordinate with design, machining, and project teams for smooth execution

• Ensure quality standards and project timelines are maintained

Required Skills:

• Strong hands-on experience in multigauging systems and SPM assembly

• Basic knowledge of PLC and automation integration

• Good understanding of mechanical fixtures and machining processes

• Excellent drawing reading and interpretation skills

• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities

• Exposure to machining activities
