Job Title: Maintenance Electrician – Molding Department

Location: Bhagwanpur

Position Summary:

We are looking for a skilled Maintenance Electrician to support the smooth operation of our molding department. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the electrical maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of molding machines and associated equipment. Knowledge of injection/blow molding machinery, PLC systems, and industrial safety standards is essential.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform preventive and corrective electrical maintenance on molding machines and auxiliary equipment (e.g., heaters, temperature controllers, hydraulic systems).

• Diagnose and repair electrical faults in machines such as injection molding, compression molding, or blow molding units.

• Monitor and maintain power supply panels, motor control centers (MCCs), and control wiring.

• Assist in the installation, testing, and commissioning of new molding machines and equipment.

• Troubleshoot and maintain PLCs, HMIs, sensors, timers, relays, and VFDs.

• Ensure adherence to electrical safety protocols and standards.

• Maintain accurate records of maintenance work, breakdowns, and service logs.

• Coordinate with the mechanical maintenance team and production supervisors to reduce downtime.

• Recommend and implement electrical improvements to enhance equipment efficiency.

Requirements:

• ITI / Diploma in Electrical Engineering or related field.

• 2–5 years of experience as an electrician in a manufacturing environment, preferably in molding operations.

• Strong knowledge of industrial electrical systems, control panels, and machine wiring.

• Hands-on experience with injection molding or similar equipment is highly desirable.

• Familiarity with PLCs (e.g., Siemens, Allen Bradley), drives, and automation systems.

• Ability to read and interpret electrical diagrams and technical manuals.

• Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

• Willingness to work in shifts and respond to breakdowns on priority.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with plastic molding machines (e.g., Haitian, Toshiba, Ferromatik).

• Understanding of preventive maintenance programs.

• Basic knowledge of mechanical systems is a plus.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
