CCTV Technician – Swastika Tech Solutions

Swastika Tech Solutions is looking for a dedicated CCTV Technician to join our growing team. The candidate will be responsible for installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and servicing of CCTV surveillance systems, networking devices, and related security equipment at residential, commercial, and office locations.

Salary: ₹10,000 – ₹15,000 (In-hand)

Experience: Fresher / 0 – 1 Year

Qualification: Below 10th / 10th Pass / ITI Preferred

Location: Kolkata

Key Responsibilities:

Install and configure CCTV cameras, DVRs, NVRs, IP cameras, biometric devices, and networking equipment.

• Perform cable laying, routing, crimping, and wiring for CCTV and network setups.

• Troubleshoot and repair CCTV systems, power supplies, connectors, and network issues.

• Conduct routine maintenance and preventive servicing of installed systems.

• Configure remote viewing on mobile phones and computers.

• Ensure proper system testing, camera positioning, and recording functionality.

• Identify faults, damaged cables, or hardware issues and resolve them efficiently.

• Follow safety standards during installation and electrical work.

• Coordinate with clients professionally during installation and service visits.

Job Requirements:

• Basic knowledge of CCTV installation and networking is preferred.

• Knowledge of DVR/NVR configuration and camera setup will be an advantage.

• Ability to use electrical and hand tools properly.

• Basic understanding of electrical wiring and safety procedures.

• Problem-solving skills and willingness to learn.

• Must be punctual, responsible, and able to work on-site.
