We are looking for an experienced Building Maintenance Electrician to join our team for a residential/commercial property.

Requirements:

Valid PWD Electrical License (Mandatory)
Minimum 1–5+ years of experience in building maintenance
Sound knowledge of:
- DG (Diesel Generator) Sets – operation and basic troubleshooting
- LT Panels – operation and maintenance
- ACBs, MCCBs, MCBs, ELCBs/RCCBs – maintenance and fault finding
- Electrical distribution systems and power supply management
- Preventive and breakdown maintenance
Ability to read electrical drawings and single-line diagrams (SLD)
Knowledge of electrical safety standards and statutory compliance
