Annual Cost to the Company CTC: Rs Lacs Per annum (LPA) 3.5 LPA with Rs 29000 per month.

Employment type: Full Time-on Roll

Educational Qualification: ITI or Diploma in Electrician or equivalent course or degree

Technical & Soft Skills:

· Minimum 3 years of proven experience as an industrial electrician in a manufacturing or plant setting.

· Hands-on experience with Programmable Logic Controllers (PLCs), Variable Frequency Drives (VFDs), and three-phase power systems.

· Ability to lift heavy objects, climb ladders, and work in confined spaces or demanding environments.

· Strong analytical problem-solving capabilities, attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate with production teams.

Key Responsibilities:

· Troubleshooting & Repair: Diagnose complex electrical faults using testing devices like ammeters, voltmeters, and meggers. Repair or replace faulty wiring, motors, drives, and control systems.

· Preventive Maintenance (PM): Conduct scheduled inspections on transformers, circuit breakers, switchgears, and automated production machinery to prevent equipment failures.

· Equipment Installation: Install and wire new manufacturing equipment, control panels, and automation systems.

· Blueprint Reading: Interpret technical diagrams, electrical schematics, and blueprints to map out circuits and system layouts.

· Compliance & Safety: Enforce and adhere to electrical safety standards (e.g., OSHA, NEC) and company protocols, including lockout/tagout procedures.

Screening Questions:

1. Do you have minimum 2 years of professional experience as a commercial/residential/industrial electrician?

2. Do you have minimum 2 years of experience reading electrical schematics, blueprints, and wiring diagrams?

3. Do you have experience in accurately identify common electrical components and measuring instruments like a digital multimeter?

4. Do you have minimum 2 years of experience working on live electrical panels and safely troubleshooting AC/DC voltage systems?

5. Are you OK to commute daily as Work from Office with office & Unit at Hadapsar and with six days work-week?
