· Respond to tenants’ requests for maintenance services, including replacing air filters, installing new locks and troubleshooting smoke detectors
· Repair plumbing, electrical and safety systems in tenants’ units as required
· Repair and replace defective components in motors, generators, controllers, storage batteries, switchboards, conductors, switches and varied electrical fixtures
· All facilities to be safe, functional, comfortable, modern, easily maintained, durable, sustainable, flexible, and fully supportive to all the store operations and missions.
· Troubleshoot electrical issues using appropriate of testing devices
· Install, maintain and repair electrical control, wiring, and lighting systems.
· Circuit breaker corrective maintenance.
· Good knowledge of heating and air conditioning systems.
· Good knowledge of various test equipment.\
· To communicate to the Facility Manager for day to day activities & daily electricity consumption
