Key Responsibilities:

Install, test, and commission solar PV systems (residential, commercial, and industrial).
Mount solar panels securely on roofs or ground structures using proper racking and alignment techniques.
Connect solar modules, inverters, charge controllers, and electrical panels as per design drawings.
Perform electrical wiring and ensure compliance with Bureau of Indian Standards (BIS) and Ministry of New and Renewable Energy (MNRE) safety norms.
Conduct system performance checks and troubleshoot faults.
Coordinate with engineers, site supervisors, and customers during project execution.
Maintain accurate records of installations, service, and maintenance.
Follow all safety procedures and use appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE).
