Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Electrical Maintenance Professional to handle preventive, predictive, and breakdown maintenance of industrial electrical systems. The candidate should have strong knowledge of electrical panels, motors, PLCs, VFDs, transformers, and industrial equipment. The role requires ensuring smooth plant operations while maintaining safety and minimizing machine downtime.
Qualification & Experience
Option 1: ITI / Diploma (Electrical)
Qualification: ITI (Electrician) or Diploma in Electrical Engineering
Experience: Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in industrial electrical maintenance.
Option 2: B.Tech (Electrical)
Qualification: B.Tech / B.E. in Electrical Engineering
Experience: 7–8 years of relevant experience in industrial electrical maintenance.
Key Responsibilities
Perform preventive, predictive, and breakdown maintenance of electrical equipment.
Troubleshoot electrical faults in machines and production lines.
Maintain electrical panels, MCC, PCC, control panels, and distribution systems.
Work on motors, transformers, DG sets, PLCs, VFDs, and control circuits.
Read and interpret electrical drawings, single-line diagrams, and circuit diagrams.
Ensure minimum machine downtime and uninterrupted production.
Follow electrical safety standards and company SOPs.
Maintain maintenance records and daily reports.
Coordinate with production and maintenance teams for smooth operations.
Required Skills
Strong knowledge of industrial electrical maintenance.
Expertise in troubleshooting electrical faults.
Hands-on experience with PLC, VFD, MCC, PCC, and control panels.
Knowledge of HT/LT electrical systems.
Experience in motors, transformers, switchgear, and power distribution.
Ability to read electrical drawings and wiring diagrams.
Knowledge of preventive and predictive maintenance.
Familiarity with electrical testing instruments such as Multimeter, Clamp Meter, and Megger.
Strong problem-solving and team coordination skills.
Good understanding of electrical safety standards and maintenance practices.
