1. Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated Fresher Electrician to support day-to-day electrical maintenance activities, assist senior technicians, and learn on-site troubleshooting. The role offers hands-on experience and growth opportunities in industrial and residential electrical systems.

2. Key Responsibilities

• Assist senior electricians in installation, repair, and maintenance of electrical systems.

• Support in fixing wiring, switches, MCBs, sockets, lights, and panel boards.

• Learn and follow safety procedures while handling electrical tools and equipment.

• Conduct basic checks of meters, cables, and electrical connections.

• Help in maintaining records, tools, and spare parts inventory.

• Respond to routine electrical issues under supervision.

• Ensure all work is completed as per standards and supervisor instructions.

3. Required Skills

• Basic understanding of electrical circuits, wiring, and safety rules.

• Ability to use hand tools (pliers, screwdrivers, testers, cutters).

• Quick learner with a willingness to work on field tasks.

• Good communication and teamwork skills.

• Physically fit and comfortable with site work.

4. Qualifications

• ITI in Electrician (preferred)

• OR Diploma in Electrical Engineering

• OR Basic electrical training certification

5. Work Conditions

• Site-based role

• Rotational shifts or extended hours depending on project requirement
