Electrician

Electrician Maintenance:

1. Job Description: To install, maintain, and repair electrical systems within interior design project sites, ensuring all work is safe, compliant with regulations, and aligned with the design vision. To collaborate with interior designers, contractors, and other team members to integrate electrical components seamlessly into the overall design.

• Install wiring, lighting fixtures, outlets, and other electrical components according to blueprints and design specifications, ensure all installations are carried out to meet relevant electrical codes and safety standards, install specialized lighting systems, including ambient, task, and accent lighting, as specified in interior design plans.

• Troubleshoot and repair electrical faults and malfunctions, conduct routine maintenance on electrical systems to ensure optimal performance, address electrical issues that arise during the installation or post-installation phases of interior design projects.

1.Adhere to all safety regulations and procedures, conduct safety inspections of electrical systems, ensure all work is performed in compliance with the National Electrical Code (NEC) and local building codes, maintain accurate records of electrical installations and repairs, document any deviations from design specifications.

2. Qualifications: High school diploma or GED, completion of an electrician apprenticeship program or equivalent. Valid electrician's license, knowledge of the National Electrical Code (NEC) and local building codes.

3. Experience: Proven 5 years‟ experience in electrical installation, maintenance, and repair, experience working on residential or commercial interior design projects is highly desirable, familiarity with various lighting systems and control technologies, strong knowledge of electrical systems and components, ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings, proficiency in using electrical tools and equipment.

4. Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills, strong attention to detail, good communication and interpersonal skills, experience with smart home electrical systems and ability to work well within a team.
