JOB DESCRIPTION FOR ELECTRICIAN – LIGHTING INSTALLATION & SITE EXECUTION

Halomax Lighting Solutions Pvt Ltd is an architectural lighting company providing lighting solutions for residential, commercial, hospitality and other projects. Our product range includes downlights, profile lights, cove lights, track lights, decorative lights, facade lighting and landscape lighting.

JOB OVERVIEW

We are looking for a skilled, responsible and hardworking Electrician who can handle lighting installation, electrical connections, troubleshooting and site execution at various project locations.

The candidate will work with our design and sales teams to ensure that lighting fixtures are installed correctly and that the final results match the approved lighting designs.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Install architectural and decorative lighting fixtures at residential and commercial project sites.

• Install downlights, profile lights, cove lights, track lights, LED strips, wall lights, chandeliers and other lighting fixtures.

• Handle electrical wiring, connections, LED drivers and related accessories.

• Understand lighting layouts and follow installation instructions provided by the design team.

• Ensure proper installation, alignment, positioning and functioning of all lights.

• Identify and troubleshoot issues such as lights not working, flickering, incorrect connections and driver-related faults.

• Coordinate with site electricians, contractors, interior designers and project coordinators.

• Inform the concerned team about site-related problems, drawing changes or additional material requirements in a timely manner.

• Conduct final testing and quality checks after installation.

• Maintain proper records of completed work, pending tasks and site issues.

• Handle lighting materials and tools carefully to avoid damage and wastage.

• Follow electrical safety procedures and maintain professional behaviour at client sites.

REQUIRED SKILLS

• Practical knowledge of electrical wiring and lighting installation.

• Experience installing LED lighting fixtures and accessories.

• Knowledge of LED drivers, dimmers and basic lighting controls.

• Ability to understand basic electrical drawings and lighting layouts.

• Troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to coordinate with site teams and report issues clearly.

• Knowledge of DALI, 0–10V and phase-cut dimming systems will be an advantage.

DESIRED CANDIDATE PROFILE

• ITI Electrician or relevant electrical training preferred.

• Previous experience in residential, commercial or architectural lighting installation preferred.

• Should be hardworking, punctual, responsible and willing to travel to project sites.

• Should be able to work independently and complete assigned tasks within deadlines.

• Must pay attention to installation quality and finishing.

• Should be polite and professional when interacting with clients and contractors.

• Own two-wheeler and valid driving licence preferred.

EXPERIENCE

1–3 years of relevant experience preferred. Candidates with strong practical electrical skills may also be considered.

LOCATION

Delhi NCR – office reporting and project-site visits as required.

SALARY

To be decided based on experience and practical skills.
