
Job Title: Admin Executive – Corporate Office

Key Responsibilities:
1. Office Operations & Maintenance
o Ensure smooth functioning of office facilities.
o Coordinate with housekeeping and security teams for cleanliness and safety.
o Monitor HVAC, lighting, and other utilities.
2. Security & Compliance
o Oversee security protocols and visitor management.
o Maintain compliance with company policies and statutory requirements.
3. Vendor Coordination
o Liaise with vendors for emergency repairs or services.
o Track and verify night-time deliveries and service schedules.
4. Administrative Support
o Handle documentation, filing, and record-keeping.
o Prepare reports on night shift activities and submit to Admin Manager.
5. Employee Support
o Assist night shift employees with administrative needs (ID cards, seating, etc.).
o Address any facility-related issues promptly.
6. Emergency Handling
o Act as the point of contact for any emergencies.
o Coordinate with relevant teams for quick resolution.

Skills & Qualifications:
• Graduate in any discipline (preferably in Administration/Management).
• Have to complete scale up training under learning & development
• Strong communication and coordination skills.
• Knowledge of MS Office and basic ERP systems.
• Ability to work independently and handle emergencies.
