Job Description – Electrician

Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled Electrician to handle electrical installation, maintenance, testing, and troubleshooting activities at project sites while ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, and repair electrical wiring, equipment, panels, and fixtures.

• Carry out electrical installation work as per approved drawings and site requirements.

• Perform testing, troubleshooting, and fault finding of electrical systems.

• Assist in cable laying, termination, panel installation, and electrical connections.

• Ensure proper use and maintenance of electrical tools and equipment.

• Follow electrical safety procedures and site safety guidelines.

• Identify electrical faults and resolve issues promptly.

• Coordinate with supervisors and site engineers for daily electrical activities.

• Maintain proper housekeeping and ensure a safe working area.

• Report completed work, faults, and material requirements to the supervisor.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• ITI/Diploma in Electrical or relevant qualification.

• 1–4 years of experience as an Electrician, preferably in construction/EPC projects.

• Good knowledge of electrical wiring, cables, panels, and basic electrical equipment.

• Ability to read basic electrical drawings is preferred.

• Knowledge of electrical safety practices.

• Physically fit and willing to work at project sites.

• Good teamwork and communication skills.

Preferred: Experience in industrial, infrastructure, or construction projects.
