Key Responsibilities:

• Read and interpret electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and technical drawings.

• Assemble electrical panels, including mounting components such as relays, contactors, circuit breakers, and terminal blocks.

• Wire panels according to design specifications, ensuring proper labeling and organization.

• Perform continuity, insulation, and functional testing of wired panels.

• Troubleshoot and correct wiring defects or inconsistencies.

• Ensure compliance with electrical codes, safety standards, and company procedures.

• Maintain accurate records of work performed and components used.

• Collaborate with engineers, electricians, and project teams to meet project deadlines.

Qualifications / Skills:

• Proven experience in panel wiring, electrical assembly, or related field.

• Strong understanding of electrical schematics, diagrams, and symbols.

• Proficiency with hand tools, wire strippers, crimpers, and multimeters.

• Knowledge of electrical safety practices and standards.

• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.

• Attention to detail and high level of accuracy.

Education / Certification:

• 10th pass, below 10th pass, 12th pass, any..

• Certifications in electrical work or safety (e.g., OSHA, NFPA 70E) are a plus.

Working Conditions:

• Primarily in a workshop or manufacturing environment.

• May require standing for extended periods and handling moderately heavy components.

• Compliance with PPE (personal protective equipment) requirements.
