Electrician

Electrical Execution

–    Execute all electrical works as per approved drawings — conduit laying, wiring, DB (distribution board) installation, and earthing.

–    Install switches, sockets, MCBs, light fixtures, fans, exhaust units, and other electrical fittings as per the interior design plan.

–    Coordinate with the civil and carpentry teams to ensure electrical points are embedded accurately before closing of walls and ceilings.

–    Carry out final connections, testing, and commissioning of all electrical systems before handover.

Quality & Safety

–    Ensure all work strictly adheres to IS electrical codes and safety standards at all times.

–    Follow proper cable sizing, load calculations, and circuit protection norms for residential and light commercial loads.

Coordination & Reporting

–    Work closely with the Site Supervisor to plan and sequence electrical works within the overall project timeline.

–    Raise material requirements in advance — avoid stoppages due to supply gaps.

–    Report daily progress, pending work, and any site issues to the Site Supervisor promptly.

Maintain a snag-free handover mindset — identify and rectify defects before final inspection

Skills & Competencies

–    Proficient in reading electrical layout drawings and single-line diagrams.

–    Solid knowledge of concealed conduit wiring, modular switch/socket installation, and light fixture mounting.

–    Familiarity with home automation wiring and low-voltage systems (TV, data, intercom) is a plus.

–    Ability to work independently as well as coordinate with a multi-trade site team.

–    Basic communication in Hindi; ability to understand site instructions clearly.

–    Punctual, responsible, and safety-conscious with strong work ethic.
