We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Electrical Supervisor with deep hands-on expertise in lighting systems, light installation, site execution, and fixture projects. The ideal candidate will lead electrical execution on mid-to-large scale projects, ensure compliance with safety and quality standards, and mentor junior team members on-site.

Key Responsibilities

Lighting & Fixture Execution

Plan, install, and commission all types of lighting systems including LED, fluorescent, HID, and decorative fixtures.
Execute lighting layouts as per approved drawings, ensuring accurate fixture placement, spacing, and alignment.
Install and wire light fixtures — recessed, surface-mounted, pendant, track, façade, landscape, and emergency lighting.
Coordinate with interior designers and architects for custom fixture and feature lighting installations.
Carry out dimmer, sensor, and smart lighting control system installations (DALI, KNX, LUTRON, etc.).
Supervise and guide a team of electricians, helpers, and apprentices on-site.
