Roles & Responsibility :



System Inspections: Conduct regular inspections of solar panels, inverters, batteries, and other components to ensure they are in good working condition.



Troubleshooting and Repairs: Identify faults or issues in the solar power system and perform necessary repairs or coordinate with technical teams for complex repairs.



Performance Monitoring: Monitor the performance of solar energy systems to ensure they are operating efficiently and identify any drop in performance, taking corrective actions when needed.



Maintenance Scheduling: Plan and schedule regular preventive maintenance to avoid unexpected breakdowns and ensure the longevity of solar systems.



Cleaning and Upkeep: Oversee the cleaning of solar panels to maintain optimal energy production, ensuring dirt and debris don’t reduce efficiency.

Solar Functions

Solar power functions by converting sunlight into electricity, utilizing the photovoltaic effect or, in some cases, solar thermal processes. Here's a breakdown of how solar energy functions:

. Photovoltaic (PV) Solar Power:



Solar Panels (Photovoltaic Modules): Solar panels are made up of photovoltaic cells that capture sunlight. When sunlight hits these cells, it excites the electrons in the material (typically silicon), causing them to flow and generate an electric current.



Conversion Process:

o Absorption of Sunlight: Photovoltaic cells absorb sunlight, which excites electrons in the semiconductor material (usually silicon).

o Inverter: Since most household appliances and power grids use alternating current (AC), the DC electricity generated by the panels is sent to an inverter, which converts it into AC power.


