Job Title: Solar Site Surveyor (Field Trainee / ITI)

About the Role: We are a growing solar energy company expanding in the western region, focusing on premium villa projects in Lonavala and Mulshi. We are looking for a hardworking, energetic field trainee to conduct physical site surveys alongside the founder.

What You Will Do:

• Travel with the head of expansion from Pune to Lonavala/Mulshi (all travel expenses covered by the company).

• Climb residential bungalow roofs (1 to 2 floors) safely to measure available space for solar panels.

• Take clear, accurate photographs of the roof layout, shadow-casting objects (trees, water tanks), and the main electricity meter.

• Communicate politely and clearly with local clients in fluent Marathi.

What We Are Looking For:

• Education: ITI Electrician, Diploma, or 12th Pass. Freshers are highly encouraged to apply!

• Physical Fitness: Must be comfortable working outdoors and not afraid of heights.

• Language: Fluent in Marathi (Mandatory) to converse with local property owners.

• Mindset: Eager to learn the technical and business side of the booming solar industry.
