Position: Electrical Engineer
Location: Delhi NCR
Experience: 2–5 Years
Qualification: ITI / Diploma (Electrical)

Job Role:

We are hiring an Electrical Engineer/Technician to handle electrical maintenance, UPS troubleshooting, fault rectification, and Customer service support.

Key Responsibilities:

• Install, maintain & troubleshoot electrical systems (DB, MCB, MCCB, wiring)

• Diagnose and resolve electrical faults and breakdowns

• Handle UPS troubleshooting, maintenance & breakdown support

• Read and understand basic SLD & UPS diagrams

• Attend and close service calls within defined timelines

• Manage client sites and ensure timely issue resolution

• Maintain SLA (response & resolution time)

• Prepare service reports and documentation

• Handle escalations and coordinate with internal teams

Requirements:

• Strong knowledge of electrical cabling & components

• Hands-on experience in UPS systems troubleshooting & maintenance

• Basic understanding of structured cabling systems

• Basic English communication skills

• Two-wheeler mandatory

• Willing to travel and work on weekends if required

Working Details:

• Working Days: 6 Days (Mon–Sat)

• Timing: 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM
