Electrical Engineer

Job Summary

We are seeking motivated and enthusiastic freshers in Electrical Engineering to join our polymer manufacturing unit as Graduate Engineer Trainees. The role involves supporting electrical maintenance, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement of plant operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in maintenance and troubleshooting of electrical systems, machinery, and equipment used in polymer production.

• Support installation, testing, and commissioning of electrical components and control systems.

• Monitor plant electrical performance and ensure minimal downtime.

• Work with senior engineers to implement preventive and predictive maintenance schedules.

• Ensure compliance with safety standards and electrical regulations.

• Maintain proper documentation of maintenance logs, reports, and equipment history.

• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives for energy efficiency and process optimization.

Eligibility Criteria

• Qualification: B.E / B.Tech in Electrical Engineering

• Freshers or candidates with up to 1 year of experience can apply

• Basic knowledge of electrical systems, motors, PLCs, and industrial automation is preferred

• Willingness to work in a manufacturing environment

Skills Required

• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills

• Basic understanding of industrial electrical systems

• Good communication and teamwork abilities

• Willingness to learn and adapt

Working Conditions

• Working Hours: 12 hours per day (shift-based)

• Work Environment: Manufacturing / Plant setup

Compensation

• Salary: ₹3,00,000 per annum (CTC) with accommodation
