Job Title: Biller Executive

Job Summary:
We are looking for a detail-oriented Biller Executive to manage billing operations efficiently. The candidate will be responsible for preparing invoices, processing billing transactions, maintaining records, and ensuring accurate billing for customers. The role requires good numerical ability, attention to detail, and basic computer knowledge.

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate and process customer invoices accurately.

• Handle billing software and maintain billing records.

• Verify billing data and ensure correct pricing, discounts, and taxes.

• Coordinate with sales and accounts teams for billing-related queries.

• Maintain daily billing reports and transaction records.

• Handle customer queries related to bills and payments.

• Ensure timely billing and documentation.

• Maintain proper filing of invoices and billing documents.

Requirements:

• Graduate in Commerce or any relevant field.

• 1–3 years of experience in billing, cashiering, or accounts.

• Basic knowledge of billing software, MS Excel, and computer operations.

• Good communication and organizational skills.

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
