Position

Assistant Site Engineer

Job Responsibilities

• Assist the Site Engineer in the day-to-day execution and supervision of site work.

• Monitor electrical installation and other assigned works as per drawings, specifications, and project requirements.

• Coordinate with site supervisors, electricians, helpers, subcontractors, and other team members.

• Ensure that work is completed according to the planned schedule and required quality standards.

• Check the availability and usage of materials at the site and report material requirements to the concerned person.

• Maintain daily work progress reports and update the Site Engineer/Project Manager.

• Assist in preparing measurements, BOQ-related details, and work completion reports.

• Coordinate with clients, consultants, and other contractors whenever required.

• Ensure that workers follow safety rules and use the required safety equipment.

• Report any site-related issues, delays, material shortages, or technical problems to the Site Engineer.

• Assist in checking drawings and ensuring that the work is carried out accordingly.

• Maintain proper records of manpower, materials, and site activities.

Skills & Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering.

• Basic knowledge of electrical installation and site execution.

• Ability to read and understand electrical drawings.

• Basic knowledge of MS Excel and reporting.

• Good communication and coordination skills.

• Willingness to travel and work at different project sites.

Experience

Freshers or candidates with 1–2 years of relevant site experience may apply.
