Job Responsibilities:
Manage daily valet parking operations across multiple locations in Mumbai.
Supervise and coordinate 80+ valet drivers.
Manage staff deployment, shift scheduling, attendance and weekly offs.
Handle manpower shortages, replacements and recruitment coordination.
Conduct regular site visits and ensure smooth operations.
Coordinate with clients and resolve operational complaints.
Ensure drivers follow safety, grooming and service standards.
Maintain daily reports, attendance records and performance updates.
Requirements:
Minimum 3–5 years of experience in valet parking, fleet management, hospitality or manpower operations.
Experience managing large teams across multiple sites.
Strong leadership, communication and problem-solving skills.
Good knowledge of Mumbai locations.
Basic Excel and reporting skills.
Two-wheeler preferred for site visits.
