Job Description

Job Title: Tempo Driver

Job Purpose:
To safely and efficiently transport goods to designated locations while ensuring timely delivery and proper handling of materials.

Key Responsibilities:

Drive tempo vehicle for delivery of goods as per assigned routes.
Ensure timely pickup and delivery of materials.
Verify delivery documents such as invoices, challans, and delivery notes.
Maintain vehicle cleanliness and basic upkeep.
Follow traffic rules and safety guidelines at all times.
Report any vehicle issues or accidents immediately.
Assist in loading and unloading of goods when required.
Maintain daily logbook of trips, fuel, and expenses.

Requirements:

Valid commercial driving license.
Minimum 1–3 years of experience in goods vehicle driving.
Basic knowledge of local routes and areas.
Physically fit and responsible.
Basic reading and writing skills (for documentation).
