Job Title: Valet Parking Driver & Guest Relations Associate

We are looking for a professional, courteous, and responsible Valet Parking Driver to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our guests. You will welcome guests with a warm, hospitable attitude, safely park and retrieve their vehicles, and ensure a smooth, premium entrance and exit experience.

Key Responsibilities & Duties:

Guest Welcome & Reception: Warmly greet all arriving and departing guests with a professional demeanor and a smiling face.

Vehicle Handling & Parking: Drive, park, and retrieve guest vehicles safely and promptly in designated parking areas.

Valet Ticket Management: Issue valet tickets to guests upon arrival and accurately match tickets when returning vehicles.

Vehicle Inspection: Briefly inspect vehicles for any existing damages before taking possession and record them if necessary.

Assistance with Luggage/Items: Assist guests with opening doors, unloading luggage, or carrying items as needed

.

Traffic & Entrance Management: Keep the main entrance/driveway clear, safe, and free of traffic congestion.

Safety & Security: Follow all safe driving practices, traffic laws, and hotel security guidelines at all times

.

Local Information: Answer basic guest inquiries regarding hotel amenities, directions, or parking rules.

Requirements & Qualifications:

Valid 4-wheeler Commercial / Private Driving License (LMV)

.

Minimum [1-2] years of driving experience (experience with automatic & manual cars is preferred)

.

Clean driving record with no major violations.

Strong communication skills and friendly personality.

Basic understanding of English/Hindi to communicate with guests.

Punctual, well-groomed, and presentable.
