Job Summary

We are looking for responsible and customer-focused EV Delivery Drivers to join the STOOMX team. The selected candidate will operate company-provided electric three-wheelers and use the STOOMX Delivery Partner App to manage scheduled pickups and deliveries of garments from customers' homes. The role requires punctuality, professionalism, safe driving practices, and excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities

• Pick up and deliver garments from customers' homes as per schedules assigned through the STOOMX Delivery Partner App.

• Ensure timely collection and delivery while maintaining service quality standards.

• Handle customer garments with care and maintain cleanliness during transportation.

• Follow designated routes and optimize travel for efficient operations.

• Operate the company-provided EV three-wheeler safely and responsibly.

• Maintain accurate records of pickups, deliveries, and completed trips through the mobile application.

• Verify garment quantities during pickup and delivery as per company procedures.

• Assist customers with basic app-related queries and provide courteous service.

• Maintain vehicle cleanliness and ensure routine charging, servicing, and inspections are completed on time.

• Report vehicle issues, accidents, damages, delays, or customer concerns immediately to the operations team.

• Follow all traffic regulations, safety protocols, and company policies.

Job Requirements

• Education: Below 10th / 10th Pass / Above (all eligible).

• Experience: 6 months to 2 years of driving or delivery experience preferred.

• Valid Driving License for operating electric three-wheelers/commercial vehicles.

• Basic smartphone skills and ability to use mobile applications, GPS, and navigation tools.

• Good communication and customer service skills.

• Punctual, disciplined, and reliable.

• Physically fit to handle garment bags and perform pickup and delivery activities.

• Ability to work independently and manage delivery schedules efficiently.

### Preferred Skills

• Experience in last-mile delivery, courier, logistics, e-commerce, laundry, or service-based businesses.

• Familiarity with the local Thane and Mumbai road network.

• Customer-friendly attitude with a professional appearance and conduct.
