Driver

Key Responsibilities

• Safely drive company vehicles for:

  • Office commuting (HO/site visits)

  • Client visits, property inspections, and meetings

  • Transport of documents and light materials

• Ensure punctual pick‑up and drop‑off of management, employees, and clients.

• Maintain cleanliness, safety, and proper functioning of the vehicle at all times.

• Conduct daily basic vehicle checks (fuel, oil, tires, lights, brakes)

• Ensure all vehicle documents (RC, insurance, PUC, permits) are valid and available.

• Coordinate vehicle servicing, repairs, and scheduled maintenance.

• Follow traffic rules, company policies, and safety guidelines strictly.

• Maintain a professional, courteous, and confidential conduct.

• Support administrative errands as instructed by the supervisor.

• Inform management promptly of any vehicle issues or incidents.

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Minimum 10th pass (preferred)

• Valid LMV/Commercial Driving License

• 3–5 years of driving experience (preferably in a corporate/real estate setup)

• Good knowledge of local routes, sites, and city traffic conditions

• Ability to read basic instructions and communicate politely

• Physically fit with good eyesight and reflexes

• High sense of responsibility, punctuality, and discipline

Preferred Attributes

• Experience driving senior management or executives

• Familiarity with multiple project locations and the outskirts

• Calm temperament and professional appearance

• Willingness to work flexible hours and during weekends if required

• Basic understanding of vehicle maintenance
