Job Summary

We are hiring responsible and experienced 3 Wheeler Riders / Light Vehicle Drivers for goods pickup and delivery operations. The candidate will be responsible for safe and timely transportation of light-weight goods, parcels, FMCG items, grocery products, and e-commerce deliveries within assigned routes.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate 3-wheeler cargo vehicles safely for daily deliveries.

• Pick up and deliver goods to customers (Kirana shops).

• Unload parcels/materials carefully upon delivery

• Ensure timely deliveries as per the route schedule.

• Use mobile apps/GPS for navigation and delivery updates.

• Maintain delivery records and POD (Proof of Delivery).

• Follow traffic rules and company safety guidelines.

• Conduct basic vehicle checks (battery, tires, brakes, etc.).

• Report vehicle issues or delays to the supervisor immediately.

• Maintain professional behavior with customers.

Eligibility Criteria

• Valid LMV / 3 Wheeler Commercial Driving License.

• Basic knowledge of local routes and Google Maps.

• Ability to handle light-weight goods and packages.

• Physically fit and punctual.

• Smartphone knowledge preferred.

Salary & Benefits

• Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹35,000 per month

• Incentives on delivery performance
