Safely transport senior management, directors, and official guests to various destinations as per schedule.
Ensure timely pick-up and drop-off for office meetings, business visits, airport transfers, and other official engagements.
Maintain complete confidentiality regarding all discussions, documents, and information obtained during official duties.
Plan routes in advance considering traffic conditions to ensure timely arrival.
Keep the assigned executive vehicle clean, well-maintained, and presentable at all times.
Conduct daily inspections of the vehicle, including checking fuel, engine oil, coolant, tyre pressure, brakes, lights, and other safety features.
Coordinate and arrange periodic servicing, repairs, and statutory inspections of the vehicle.
Maintain accurate records of trips, mileage, fuel consumption, toll receipts, parking expenses, and maintenance activities.
Ensure that all vehicle-related documents such as Registration Certificate (RC), insurance, Pollution Under Control (PUC) certificate, permits, and driving licence remain valid and up to date.
Assist management with loading and unloading of luggage during business travel, when required.
Be available for extended working hours, weekend duties, and outstation travel based on business requirements.
Report any accidents, traffic violations, or vehicle-related issues immediately to the reporting manager.
Perform other administrative support duties assigned by management from time to time.
