JobTitle: Driver – Real Estate

Location: The Real Estate Hub, M-5/6, Empire State Building,Near Udhna Darwaja, Ring Road, Surat-395002.

Job Summary:

As a Driver, you will be responsible for safely operating company vehicles, transporting staff, clients, and/or goods to and from designated locations. You will ensure the vehicle is maintained and cleaned regularly, assist with loading and unloading, and follow all traffic laws and safety protocols. The role requires punctuality, professionalism, and attention to detail, ensuring timely arrival and smooth journeys for all passengers and goods.

Key Responsibilities:

• Transportation: Safely transport personnel, clients, or goods to various locations as required, ensuring timely arrival.

• Vehicle Maintenance: Regularly inspect the vehicle for maintenance issues, ensuring it is in good working condition. Report any defects or maintenance needs immediately.

• Route Planning: Plan the most efficient routes for travel, taking into consideration traffic patterns, road conditions, and scheduled appointments.

• Vehicle Cleaning: Keep the vehicle clean and tidy, both inside and out, and ensure it is presentable at all times.

• Documentation: Maintain accurate records of trips, vehicle mileage, fuel consumption, and any incidents or accidents.

• Assistance with Loading/Unloading: Assist in the loading and unloading of goods or luggage, as required.
  
  

• Safety and Compliance: Follow all traffic laws and regulations, adhere to safety procedures, and ensure the safety of passengers and goods.

• Emergency Procedures: Handle emergency situations or accidents calmly and effectively, following company protocols.

• Client Interaction: Provide excellent customer service to clients, maintaining a professional demeanor at all times.

Experience: Proven experience as a driver, preferably in a professional or corporate setting.

Skills:

• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.

• Knowledge of road safety regulations and local traffic laws.

• Ability to navigate and use GPS systems for route planning.

• Strong time-management skills, with the ability to meet deadlines.

• Ability to lift and carry heavy items (for transport of goods).

• Excellent communication skills and customer service orientation.

Physical Requirements: Ability to sit for long periods and occasionally assist with heavy lifting and carrying.
