Job Description: Private Executive Driver

We are seeking a professional and disciplined Private Driver to provide dedicated transportation and administrative support.

The ideal candidate will be punctual, well-presented, and capable of navigating urban routes efficiently while ensuring a comfortable experience for the passenger.

Position Details:

• Monthly Salary: ₹28,000 – ₹30,000

• Shift Timings: 09:30 AM – 07:30 PM

• Vehicle Type: Premium Sedan

• Benefits: Standard company perks, benefits, and provided uniform (Safari Suit).

Key Responsibilities

• Safe Transportation: Drive the assigned sedan for daily commutes, business meetings, and personal errands, prioritizing safety and traffic compliance at all times.

• Navigation & Communication: Utilize Google Maps for real-time traffic updates and optimal routing. Use WhatsApp for coordination, location sharing, and status updates.

• Vehicle Oversight: While a dedicated cleaner is provided, the driver is responsible for overseeing the vehicle’s mechanical health, scheduling regular servicing, and reporting any maintenance issues immediately.

• Logistics & Maintenance: Maintain meticulous records of trips, fuel consumption, and maintenance bills for reimbursement/accounting.

• Ad-hoc Tasks: Assist with various administrative errands or secondary tasks as requested during shift hours.

• Professionalism: Maintain a neat appearance by wearing the provided Safari Suit uniform and delivering high-quality, customer-oriented service.
  

Job Requirements

• Education: Minimum 12th Pass.

• Experience: 4–6 years of experience as a private or corporate driver.

• Licensing: Must possess a valid Indian Driving License for LMV (Light Motor Vehicles).

• Technical Skills: Proficiency in using smartphones, specifically Google Maps for navigation and WhatsApp for communication.

• Soft Skills: Punctuality is non-negotiable. Candidates must have good communication skills and a polite, service-oriented demeanor.

• Knowledge: Deep familiarity with local routes and traffic patterns to ensure timely arrivals.
