Key Responsibilities:
Safely operate the tempo vehicle for transportation of goods and materials.
Ensure timely pickup and delivery as per the assigned schedule.
Verify delivery documents, invoices, and material quantities before dispatch and delivery.
Load and unload materials carefully, ensuring no damage during transit.
Follow all traffic rules, safety regulations, and company policies.
Maintain cleanliness and good condition of the vehicle.
Conduct daily vehicle inspections (fuel, oil, brakes, tires, lights, etc.) and report any issues immediately.
Keep accurate records of trips, fuel consumption, and delivery details.
Coordinate with the logistics, warehouse, and dispatch teams for smooth operations.
Obtain delivery acknowledgments and submit relevant documents to the office.
Ensure the security and safety of goods during transportation.
Inform the supervisor promptly about delays, accidents, breakdowns, or other operational issues.
Assist in emergency transportation requirements when needed.
