🚗 Job Description: Driver

💼 Reporting To: Employer / Admin / Director

💰 Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹18,000 per month (Negotiable based on experience)

🔹 Job Summary

We are looking for a reliable, disciplined, and experienced Driver to safely operate a private/company vehicle. The driver will be responsible for timely transportation, vehicle upkeep, and maintaining strict confidentiality and professionalism at all times.

🔹 Key Responsibilities

• 🚘 Safely drive the employer/company vehicle for daily travel, office commute, meetings, and personal errands

• ⏱️ Ensure punctual pick-up and drop-off as per schedule

• 🧼 Maintain vehicle cleanliness (interior & exterior)

• 🔧 Monitor vehicle condition, fuel levels, and arrange timely servicing/repairs

• 📄 Maintain vehicle documents (RC, Insurance, PUC, Service Records)

• 🗺️ Plan routes to avoid traffic and ensure timely arrivals

• 🛑 Follow all traffic rules, safety norms, and company guidelines

• 🤐 Maintain strict confidentiality regarding employer/company matters

• 🌆 Be available for overtime, weekend, or outstation travel when required

🔹 Eligibility & Requirements

• Valid LMV Driving License (mandatory)

• Minimum 2–5 years of driving experience

• Familiar with local routes and GPS navigation

• Clean driving record with no major traffic violations

• Physically fit and medically sound

• Basic knowledge of vehicle maintenance

• Polite, well-mannered, and trustworthy

• Ability to understand basic instructions in Hindi / English / Marathi
  

🔹 Preferred Skills

• Experience driving sedan/SUV/luxury vehicles

• Experience as a personal driver or company driver

• Knowledge of highway and outstation driving

• Basic smartphone usage (Google Maps, calls)

🔹 Working Hours

• Standard: 12 hours per day

• Overtime / outstation travel as per requirement (paid or compensated)

🔹 Compensation & Benefits

• Fixed monthly salary

हमें एक ईमानदार, जिम्मेदार और अनुभवी ड्राइवर की आवश्यकता है जो निजी/कंपनी वाहन को सुरक्षित रूप से चलाए और समय पर यात्रा सुनिश्चित करे।

🔹 मुख्य जिम्मेदारियाँ

• 🚘 वाहन को सुरक्षित व सावधानीपूर्वक चलाना

• ⏱️ समय पर पिक-अप और ड्रॉप सुनिश्चित करना

• 🧼 वाहन की साफ-सफाई बनाए रखना

• 🔧 वाहन की सर्विसिंग, फ्यूल और मेंटेनेंस पर ध्यान देना

• 📄 RC, इंश्योरेंस, PUC जैसे दस्तावेज़ संभालना

• 🗺️ ट्रैफिक से बचने के लिए सही रूट चुनना

• 🛑 ट्रैफिक नियमों का पालन करना

• 🤐 मालिक/कंपनी की गोपनीयता बनाए रखना

• 🌆 आवश्यकता पड़ने पर ओवरटाइम / आउटस्टेशन यात्रा

🔹 योग्यता

• वैध LMV ड्राइविंग लाइसेंस

• 2–5 वर्ष का ड्राइविंग अनुभव

• स्थानीय रास्तों की अच्छी जानकारी

• शारीरिक रूप से स्वस्थ

• विनम्र, भरोसेमंद और अनुशासित

🔹 कार्य समय

• 8–10 घंटे प्रतिदिन

• ओवरटाइम आवश्यकता अनुसार
