Job Summary

The Water Delivery Driver is responsible for the safe and efficient loading, transportation, and delivery of bottled water to commercial clients. The ideal candidate must be physically fit, reliable, and capable of providing excellent customer service while maintaining strict delivery schedules.

Key Responsibilities

• Loading and Unloading: Safely pack and load heavy water bottles (e.g., 20L jars or crates) onto the delivery vehicle using proper lifting techniques. Unload and place products at designated client sites.

• Delivery Operations: Follow assigned routes and time schedules to deliver water bottles to various destinations.

• Inventory Management: Ensure all ordered products, crates, and accessories match the delivery invoice before leaving the facility. Collect empty bottles/disposables and process returns.

• Customer Service: Interact professionally with clients, address their inquiries, handle basic complaints, and collect payments/delivery signatures.

• Vehicle Maintenance: Conduct routine pre-trip and post-trip inspections. Ensure the vehicle is clean, fueled, and report any mechanical issues to management.

• Compliance: Adhere to all local traffic laws, Department of Transportation (DOT) regulations, and workplace safety protocols.

Qualifications & Requirements

• License: Valid Driver’s License appropriate for the assigned delivery vehicle type (e.g., Commercial Driver’s License if applicable). Clean driving record preferred.

• Physical Fitness: High physical stamina with the ability to lift heavy loads (up to 20-25 kg) repetitively throughout the shift.

• Experience: 1–3 years of previous commercial driving or delivery experience.

• Skills: Strong navigation and GPS skills, time management, and basic math for payment handling/invoices.

• Soft Skills: Punctual, reliable, and capable of communicating effectively with both dispatch and customers.
