Crane Operator

Role Summary:
Operate various types of cranes to lift, move, position, and place heavy loads and equipment safely and efficiently at the factory.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate mobile, tower, overhead, or crawler cranes as per job requirements and manufacturer guidelines

• Conduct pre-operation safety checks of crane, rigging, and lifting gear; report any defects

• Read and interpret load charts; ensure proper load balance and stability before lifting

• Coordinate with riggers, signalers, and supervisors using hand signals or radio communication

• Follow all safety regulations, standards, and company policies

• Maintain logbooks, inspection records, and necessary documentation

• Perform routine maintenance such as cleaning, lubrication, and minor repairs

Requirements:

• Only male candidates are eligible for the requirement

• Minimum 2+ years of experience operating cranes (preferred)

• Strong hand-eye coordination, depth perception, and mechanical aptitude

• Ability to read load charts and basic blueprints

• Physically fit; able to work at heights and in outdoor conditions
