Company Driver

Job Summary

We are looking for a disciplined, responsible, and professional Company Driver who can manage official transportation duties along with basic office coordination and supervisory responsibilities. The candidate will work closely with the Founder/Chairman and support daily operations related to office management, field coordination, communication, and administrative assistance.

The role requires a trustworthy individual with good behaviour, basic computer knowledge, and willingness to assist in operational activities beyond driving duties.

Key Responsibilities

Driving & Transport Duties

* Safely drive company vehicles for official meetings, events, inspections, and travel.

* Maintain punctuality and professional conduct during all assignments.

* Ensure cleanliness, maintenance, servicing, fuel management, and proper condition of the vehicle.

* Keep records of travel logs, fuel expenses, tolls, servicing, and repairs.

* Follow all traffic laws and safety regulations strictly.

* Be available for local and outstation travel when required.

Office & Executive Support

Assist in basic office work including:

* Data entry

* File handling

* Printing/scanning documents

* Courier and document submission work

Handle basic communication through:

* WhatsApp

* Phone calls

* SMS coordination

Coordinate with visitors, vendors, workers, and local contacts when required.

Assist in event preparation and field coordination activities.

Supervisory & Field Coordination Work

Perform basic supervisory duties at:

* Office premises

* Factory/worksite

* Storage or operational units

Monitor staff attendance or basic operational activities if assigned.

Report important updates or irregularities to management.

Support operational logistics and material movement coordination.

Eligibility Criteria

Educational Qualification

Minimum Graduation (Bachelor’s Degree) from a recognized university.

Experience

* Prior experience as a driver, office assistant, field coordinator, or executive support staff preferred.

* Experience handling official or organizational vehicles will be an advantage.

Mandatory Requirements

* Valid LMV Driving License.

* Good driving record and knowledge of road safety rules.

* Strictly No Tobacco Consumption (smoking, gutkha, paan masala, etc.).

* Company discipline and code of conduct must be followed at all times.

* Company Uniform is Compulsory during duty hours.

* Basic smartphone handling and communication skills required.

* Basic Hindi reading/writing compulsory; simple English understanding preferred.
