About the Company

DARAAD GROUP is a reputed infrastructure and engineering solutions organization engaged in Water Supply Systems, Solar Pumping Projects, Jal Jeevan Mission (JJM), Civil Infrastructure, and Industrial Solutions. We are seeking a responsible, disciplined, and experienced Driver to support our field operations and ensure safe transportation of personnel, materials, and equipment across project locations.

Job Summary

The Driver will be responsible for safely operating company vehicles, transporting employees and materials to project sites, maintaining vehicle condition, and ensuring compliance with traffic and safety regulations. The role requires frequent travel across Jharkhand and nearby states as per project requirements.

Key Responsibilities

- Safely drive company vehicles for official duties and project-related activities.

- Transport company staff, visitors, materials, documents, and equipment to designated locations.

- Ensure timely pickup and drop-off of employees and management personnel.

- Conduct routine vehicle inspections and maintain cleanliness of assigned vehicles.

- Monitor fuel consumption and maintain vehicle logbooks, trip records, and mileage reports.

- Ensure timely servicing, maintenance, insurance renewal, pollution checks, and vehicle documentation.

- Follow all traffic rules, road safety regulations, and company policies.

- Assist in loading and unloading of materials when required.

- Report vehicle defects, accidents, damages, or maintenance requirements immediately.

- Be available for outstation travel and emergency assignments as required.

Qualification & Eligibility

- Minimum 10th Pass or equivalent qualification.

- Valid LMV Driving License (HMV License will be an added advantage).

- Minimum 2–5 years of driving experience in corporate, project, or commercial environments.

- Good knowledge of routes across Jharkhand and neighboring states.

- Familiarity with vehicle maintenance and basic troubleshooting.

- Clean driving record with no major traffic violations.

Preferred Skills

- Experience working with infrastructure, construction, or project-based organizations.

- Ability to use GPS and navigation applications.

- Professional behavior, punctuality, and strong sense of responsibility.

- Basic understanding of vehicle maintenance and safety practices.
