Maintain accurate logs, trip sheets, and mileage reports.
Provide courteous and professional customer service at all times.
Ensure confidentiality and safety of passengers and goods.
Valid driving license for the required vehicle category.
Proven experience as a driver with a clean driving record.
Good knowledge of local routes, traffic laws, and GPS navigation.
Ability to handle long-distance or extended-hour drives when required.
Physically fit and capable of lifting items (for goods transport roles).
Strong sense of responsibility, punctuality, and discipline.
Professional attitude and excellent communication skills.
Ability to remain calm under pressure or in traffic situations.
Basic mechanical knowledge is an added advantage.
