Key Responsibilities
Pick up and deliver customer vehicles safely and efficiently.
Transport vehicles between branches, workshops, and customer locations.
Inspect vehicles before and after delivery and report any damages.
Maintain cleanliness and proper handling of customer vehicles.
Follow all traffic laws, company safety procedures, and delivery schedules.
Assist service advisors with vehicle movement inside the service center.
Maintain trip records, fuel logs, and delivery documentation.
Communicate professionally with customers during pickup and handover.
Report accidents, delays, or maintenance issues immediately.
Support emergency roadside or operational requirements when needed.
Requirements
Valid driving license.
Minimum 1–3 years of professional driving experience.
Good knowledge of local roads and navigation.
Ability to drive automatic and manual vehicles.
Basic understanding of vehicle safety and handling.
Good communication and customer service skills.
Ability to work flexible shifts, weekends, and overtime if required.
